Thank you for letting us be a part of your blog today. We decided to write Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance genres because for us they are the most heart compelling. We love to read them so why not write them too? There is always a love interest that is unobtainable, an underdog, a warrior and a girl who has the words love me written all over her face. The conflicts in Urban Fantasy stories make them fun to write about. There become no rules only boundaries to limit the writer. The story can unfold any way we want it to and conventionally in our stories; the reader is guessing until the end. The love in Urban Fantasy is the greatest because it is different than any typical person has experienced. We have never had to stake our loved one in the heart to escape his or her thirst for our blood or pile on the silver jewelry to keep our boyfriend from shredding us because he is a wolf. This is why these stories and genres become our food for thought. When it comes to reading or writing, we honestly couldn’t live without Urban Fantasy.

Danielle Hylton-Outland was raised in Virginia. She grew up having a huge appetite for daydreaming; always wanting to live in the spectacular worlds she created in her mind. She now lives with her husband and dog where she is pursuing a degree in literature. Danielle is a strong animal activist. She is currently co-writing the second book in the Flesh Series, “Flesh and Flames”.
April Fifer grew up in a small town in Virginia, where it was common practice believing that dreams could only be found in stories. At the age of seven she was diagnosed with dyslexia. She was told that she would struggle through life and would never pick up a book to read for pleasure. Although school was hard, she was able to find her way with the help of two teachers who taught her self-discovery. Ignoring what she was taught growing up, she turned it around and found that your dreams could become stories.
