Hi guys! I know I’ve been quiet for a bit, but I have a good reason. I was finishing up my first Romantic Suspense!

You can add it to your Goodreads account, but I don’t have pre-orders up yet. I’ll edit and link as I get them.

In the meantime, here’s the amazing cover, the blurb, and even an excerpt that has only been shared with my newsletter subscribers.

Check out my website for all upcoming news and books! Thanks guys!

Excerpt:

“Kate, baby. Wake up Kate.”

He sat up, took his hands off her. Were you supposed to wake someone who was having a nightmare? But her lips twisted, her brows furrowed, and he didn’t give a shit if it was wrong. She needed to wake up now.

She sat bolt upright with a gasp.   Shoving her hair out of her face, her fingers tangled in the matted, sweaty mass, she looked at him.

Kyle knew he was staring at her. He hoped she wasn’t embarrassed. He had his own nightmares. He understood.

“Sorry,” she mumbled and swung her bare legs over the side of the bed.

Kyle’s hand gripped her wrist.   She kept her back to him, though. Oh she wasn’t getting away that easily.

“Do you have nightmares every night, or only when you’re in bed with me?”  She flinched. He felt it.  He exhaled roughly. “Shit, I’m sorry Kate. I didn’t mean—I don’t like feeling helpless.”

She laughed a little. “You’re never helpless, Kyle.” She thought he was a freaking Boy Scout.

“I am around you,” he muttered.

Shock had her turning around to meet his eyes.

“You heard me.”  He knew she had. He’d surprised her.   “You called his name.”

Her eyes widened.  “I’m sorry,” she whispered. “I never meant to drag you into my problems.”

He swore. This wasn’t what he wanted. He wanted her trust, and he thought he’d been making progress, but she still wouldn’t tell him everything. He didn’t care that they’d only known each other for such a short time. He cared about her, he wanted her safe. And damn it all if he didn’t want her for keeps. She was his. But he couldn’t keep her. He had to leave. This time when she tried to get off the bed, he let her go.  His hand fisted on the bed where she’d been just a moment ago. He would end this threat to her, and then he’d figure out what Crown being out of prison meant. And then he was coming back. She was his, even if she didn’t know it yet. She was his, and he wouldn’t let her go again.
