This was a fabulous book and a breath of fresh air. Patterson always delivers a good read, but in this case it was so much more.
Reflections of war from our main character Jack, allows you to really “feel” his pain and get to know him. You are entertained with multiple stories, a serial killer at large, a murder of Jack’s best friends wife, Illegal gamblings and the mob and the personal and professional life of our main character. Some how Patterson blends them all seamlessly together, never letting the novel skip or jump, always keeping the reader flawlessly on track and riveted. I loved this book.
