My Rating: 4 of 5 Flames
Meet Madeline, a singer, a witch and all around naive young woman.  She falls in lust and then love with Zach a half-fae engimatic man.  She is a elemental sun witch, only the light of the sun keeps her energized. Zach has helped boost her self-esteem and her magical aura since being with her.  These two things combined have made her a target for the demons, those of whom Zach is trying to catch in his work for the Magical Council. Zach has to go away to finish his latest undercover assignment and wants Madeline to meet him in Switzerland when he his done. He sends Nathanial to be her bodyguard on her trip, Madeline however doesn’t know this.  He shows up at a most inopportune moment and ups the sexual tension between the two of them. They make their way across the world to meet up with Zach and avoid being killed by parties unknown, all the while fighting their attraction to each other. They meet up with him after an attack and Madeline finds out some interesting information from her lover which may make her change her mind about persuing a relationship with him.
I give the book a 4 out 5.  It is very descriptive in the play of the characters in the bedroom or wherever they happened to be when the mood hit them.  I could close my eyes and picture both Zach and Nathanial in detail.  The plot was good, there could have been more in the story about the dangerous situation that Madeline was in the entire time and didn’t know about. I also think that there could have been more about the bond between Zach, Nathanial and Madeline.  Also there was no real end to the conflict that the trio was in from the demon world.
